Shipping policy
All Therkaa products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order. This approach reduces waste and allows every garment to be created with care rather than mass-produced.
Because of this production model, orders go through two stages: production and shipping.
Production Time
Orders are produced within 3–7 business days after they are placed.
This time allows the garment to be printed, inspected, and packaged before it is shipped.
During periods of high demand, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once production is completed, the order will be shipped from California or Tijuana, depending on fulfillment availability.

3–6 business days after production
Mexico & Canada
7–14 business days after production
Rest of the World
7–20 business days after production
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package during delivery.
We recommend checking tracking updates periodically until the package arrives.
Customs Fees (Mexico)
Orders shipped to Mexico may be subject to import duties or customs taxes determined by Mexican customs authorities.
If a package is held by customs, the customer may need to complete the payment through the shipping carrier or broker platform in order for the package to be released.
In many cases the customs fee may be approximately 16% of the declared product value, although the exact amount is determined by customs.
Customs processing may delay delivery up to 20–30 days in some cases.
Therkaa is not responsible for customs fees applied by local authorities.
