Every Therkaa piece is made-to-order — we do not hold stock. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • General dissatisfaction

This policy supports our mission for sustainable, responsible production, avoiding waste and overstock.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at therkaa@icloud.com with:

✅ Your order number

✅ Clear photos of the defect

✅ A description of the problem

Once we verify the issue, we will happily replace your item or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Why No Standard Returns?

Because each Therkaa piece is printed just for you, it cannot be restocked or resold — it was made to match your unique rebellion, and only yours. This process reduces waste, respects resources, and supports a premium, ethical approach to fashion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please get in touch with us at therkaashop@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production begins, and changes are not guaranteed.
