This is not fast fashion and it isn’t merch.

Are Therkaa garments oversized?
Many Therkaa pieces use relaxed or oversized silhouettes, common in modern streetwear.
However, the fit may vary depending on the garment used for each edition. The product page always includes sizing information to help you choose the right fit.
How do I choose the right size?

Most Therkaa garments use relaxed or oversized silhouettes. However, the hoodie currently used has a structured relaxed fit rather than an exaggerated oversized cut.
If you prefer a more oversized look on hoodies, you may consider sizing up one or two sizes.

How should I care for my Therkaa garments?
To preserve the quality of the garment and print:
• Wash cold
• Turn inside out before washing
• Avoid high heat drying
• Do not iron directly on the print
Proper care will help maintain the fabric and print over time.
THE CHAPTERS
What is a chapter?
Therkaa presents its work through chapters.
Each chapter explores a specific idea or perspective about identity, standards, and presence. The garments released within a chapter reflect that concept.
Chapters are not traditional seasonal collections.
They are moments in the evolution of the brand.
What is the archive?
The archive is the permanent record of every Therkaa chapter.
Past chapters remain visible because they are part of the story of the brand. Some editions may no longer be produced, but the chapter itself remains part of the archive.
Are chapters limited?
Chapters are not limited by time, but they are not reproduced indefinitely.
When production for a specific edition ends, it may not return. This is part of how Therkaa preserves the meaning of each chapter.
Scarcity in Therkaa is based on meaning rather than urgency.
Why are some pieces no longer available?
Some editions belong to a specific chapter moment.
When production ends, those pieces remain visible in the archive but may no longer be available for purchase.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
All Therkaa products are printed on demand and made specifically for you.
Production usually takes 3–7 business days after the order is placed. This allows the garment to be printed, inspected, and packaged with care before shipping.
Once production is completed, the order is shipped from California or Tijuana, depending on availability.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time begins after production is completed.
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–6 business days
• Mexico & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the journey of your package.
We recommend monitoring the tracking updates regularly until the package is delivered.
Are there customs fees for Mexico?
Orders shipped to Mexico may be subject to import duties or customs taxes determined by Mexican customs authorities.
If a fee is applied, the customer is responsible for paying it in order for the package to be released.
In many cases the customs fee is approximately 16% of the product value, although the exact amount is determined by customs.
If a package is held by customs, the carrier will provide instructions to complete the payment through their broker platform.
Customs processing can sometimes delay delivery by 20–30 days.
RETURNS
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because Therkaa products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
This will allow us to review the case and provide a replacement if necessary.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled within a short period after they are placed, before production begins.
Once the item enters production, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is Therkaa a women’s brand?
Therkaa is a women-first brand, meaning it is designed from the perspective of women rather than the traditional male-gaze approach to streetwear.
However, the garments themselves are unisex and wearable by anyone.
The focus is on identity, presence, and personal standards — not gender limitations.
Why does Therkaa use both English and Spanish?
Therkaa reflects a borderless identity.
English is the primary language, while Spanish appears naturally as part of the cultural rhythm behind the brand.
